The story
Uygar Turantekin built a print-on-demand business in London that grew to around 45 people. He was still answering customer support himself at midnight.
A friend told him to try a virtual assistant. He was sceptical at first, but he tried it, and the first person he hired is still with us more than ten years later. She runs projects for us today.
What he learned is that the person matters, but the training and the process matter more. “I started to create foolproof guides: if the customer says this, say this.” He ran all his businesses with remote teams after that, and some of those people have worked with him for over ten years. “We never met in our lives, but they’re like family.”
Then a London managing director told him: “You need to package and sell this.” We have served outside clients since 2024.
