Virtual assistant: founder and PA support
More than a virtual assistant: a trained person, a backup and a manager.
Suits founder-led businesses where your inbox, diary and loose ends are eating the day. Not another VA agency: a typical VA agency sells you hours and a login, and we take responsibility for a function and its results.

Questions people ask
Are you a VA agency?
No. We’re a managed operations team. We take responsibility for a function and its results, with a project manager, training, backup cover, reporting and AI workflows built in. A typical VA agency sells you hours and a login; we own the outcome.
I tried a virtual assistant before and it didn’t work. Why would this be different?
That’s usually a hiring-model problem, not a virtual assistant problem: one person, found on a job board, with no training, no backup and no manager. We give you a trained person, a backup and a project manager, and we write the process with you.
What can a founder hand over?
Inbox triage, diary, travel, supplier chasing, document preparation, timesheets and research. Many clients start with the one job they hate most.
Will anything go out in my name without me seeing it?
A bot sorts your inbox and drafts replies. Nothing goes out in your name unless you have already cleared that kind of item, or you say yes to it.
What if my person is ill or on holiday?
A trained backup already knows your work, at no extra charge. Nobody is a stranger to your account.
Do you offer this on its own, or with customer support?
It is usually sold alongside customer support for founder-led businesses. We keep the scope written down, because PA work grows quietly if it is not defined.
