People on top. Bots below.

This is how we run our own company. It’s how we’d run yours.

25 bots, one founder (as of 20 October 2026)

23 active, 2 paused. Not in the count: Lucy, our call-back assistant, and a separate SEO agent.

How work moves between us

A request comes in, bots prepare it, and a person gives the final yes. Pick a story and watch it go.

A social post

Step 1 of 5

  1. EmailNew requesttoMareeya

Client: can we post our new opening hours?

  2. TaskMareeyatoSofia

Draft a post about the new hours, please.

  3. DraftSofiatoNora

Post drafted. Can you slot it into Friday?

  4. Calendar slotNoratoMareeya

Friday at 10:00 is free. Ready for your yes.

  5. Needs Mareeya’s yes

Post about the new opening hours, Friday at 10:00

The bot job cards

Every bot has one job, a list of things it may never do alone, and a person who says yes. Every bot says it is a bot and signs as itself.

Social posts reach the founder in two tick-box packs a day. The other bots ask him directly, item by item.

For client bots, a named person from our team approves. What a bot may do alone is your choice, and it is written down.

Where a card says “Allowed without asking”, a person gave that permission. It is written down, with its date.

Our call-back assistant

Lucy answers for this website, so she is not one of the 25 bots below.

Lucy

Phone calls

BotActive
Job
Calls website visitors who ask for a call, finds out what is piling up, explains what our people and bots could take on, and writes it up for the team.
A normal day
Rings people who asked for a call from this website. She says she is an AI assistant in her first sentence, asks what is piling up and takes notes. If there is no answer she tries once more, then the request waits for our team.
When it runs
When someone asks for a call: straight away at any hour, or at a time they pick from 08:00 to 20:00, London time.
Never alone
Promise anything, give a price or say she is a person.
Who says yes
Uygar. A person from our team reads every call and calls back within one working day if you ask
What would this bot do in my business?

Calls back people who asked about a table or an event, says she is an AI assistant and takes their details. She promises nothing; a person from our team reads every call and follows up if the guest asks.

A day in the life

An example day
  1. OvernightBot

Costs are tracked and every bot’s work is reviewed.

  2. MorningBot

A search scan, meeting briefs, the founder’s morning digest, the project sweep and partnership checks.

  3. 10:30Human

The first approval pack reaches the founder. He ticks what can go out.

  4. AfternoonBot

Reply checks, content planning and design work.

  5. 17:30Human

The second approval pack. Only ticked items go out.

  6. EveningBot

A sweep of promised jobs that are still open.

  7. FridayBot

Scorecards and recaps from every team.

The founder spends minutes a day ticking packs, not hours doing the work.

What an approval pack looks like

Bots prepare the drafts. A person checks each one and ticks what can go out. This is an example of a client’s approval pack, not a real one.

Chony’s approval pack, 10:30

Bots prepared these. Chony checks each one. Nothing goes out until she ticks it.

Example
  • Reply to a refund request

    £34, inside your limit

    Chony said yes
  • LinkedIn post about weekend cover

    Fact-checked, house style passed

    Connie, waiting
  • Invoice batch

    14 matched, 1 flagged for a person

    Chony said yes
  • Reminder for an overdue invoice

    Second reminder, polite version

    Penny, waiting

The trust ladder

A bot earns trust one step at a time. 5 clean runs and the founder’s tick move it up a step. Demotion is automatic.
  1. Observe

    Watches and reports. Changes nothing.

  2. Prepare

Drafts the work for a person to check.

  3. Act after a tick

Does a job only once a person has ticked that exact item.

  4. Run on a schedule

Does a regular job at set times, inside its written limits.

  5. Coordinate

Passes work to other bots and keeps track of it.

See the 12 rules

Our people

People come first. Bots sort, draft, watch and track, so a person can check, decide and answer. Our team is trained and managed by us.
  • How we choose

A CV, a voice recording, written scenarios, a structured interview and a final comparison. Clients can meet and approve the person who will work with them.

  • How we train

UK tone of voice, UK time zones and bank holidays, UK GDPR basics, how to say no politely and how to calm a difficult conversation. Then training on your business before anything goes live.

  • How they use AI

Every person is trained to use AI tools for drafting, summarising, research, data cleaning, checking and reporting, and is expected to use them every day.

  • Who runs your account

A named project manager runs it day to day, checks quality and reports.

How we keep bots safe
