Cookie notice

What this website stores on your device, and why.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

The short version

We ask before using cookies that show how people use this site. If you decline, only what the site needs to work is used. To change your answer, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. A website can also keep small pieces of information in your browser’s own storage. This notice covers both.

What the site always needs

These are used whatever you answer.

WhatSet byWhat it is for
Cloudflare TurnstileCloudflareThe invisible bot check on the call box and our forms. It runs from a script that Cloudflare provides. Cloudflare may keep a small amount of data in your browser, or set a short-lived security cookie, and its own cookie policy covers that.
hb:phone (sessionStorage)This siteCarries the number you type into the header call box over to the full call box on the call page. It is removed as soon as the call box reads it, and it goes when you close the tab.
hb:cookies (localStorage)This siteRemembers your answer to the cookie question, so we do not ask on every page. It stays in your browser until you clear it, and it is not sent to us.

We also use Sentry to catch faults on this site. It stores nothing on your device.

Only if you press Accept

These load only after you press Accept. If you press Decline, they do not load at all.

Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_ followed by a code)GoogleCounts visits, and shows which pages people use and how they found us. These cookies last up to 2 years. Google’s advertising features are off.
Microsoft Clarity (_clck and _clsk)MicrosoftShows how people move around our pages, with recordings and heatmaps. It does not record what you type, or anything in our call box and forms. _clck lasts up to 1 year and _clsk lasts 1 day.
Microsoft’s own cookies on clarity.ms (CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, MR and SM)MicrosoftMicrosoft may set these from its own address when Clarity runs. Microsoft says they identify a browser across sites that use Clarity and other Microsoft services, and its privacy statement covers them.

Only if you open the chat box

The chat box loads only when you open it. ElevenLabs then keeps a small amount of data in your browser, such as your language and that you have seen its notice.

Managing it

To change your answer, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Your browser also lets you see, clear or block what a site stores. If you block the bot check, the call box and the write-to-us form cannot send your request.
