How pricing works
Hourly
One hourly rate for every hour we cover: your person, their backup and any extra people.
All-inclusive
Management, training, backup cover, AI tools and reporting are all in the rate.
Only the hours we cover
You pay for the hours we cover, not for the number of people it takes to cover them.
The same at any hour
Evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays are the same rate.
A written quote
Tell us what you need and we’ll send a written quote that shows the hours.
Billing
Invoiced monthly in advance for the confirmed hours, with any extra hours added at month end and daily logs attached. Hours we fail to cover are credited on the next invoice.

- Nights, weekends and bank holidays usually cost a UK employer more. We charge the same rate at any hour.
- Holidays and sickness are covered by a trained backup, at no extra cost.
Bot setup
Our people lead, and they are priced by the hour. If you would also like bots set up for your business, we scope that with you. Bots are scoped for each business, so there is no set price. Bot setup is quoted in writing after a call.
